"What a powerful 'Success with Etiquette' presentation by Shawn Gilleylen at the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP) 2007 Spring Conference in Niagara Falls, NY!  

Shawn presented Business and Delightful Dining Etiquette to HBCU students invited to join us at our 2007 Educational Conference.  Shawn provided students with valuable takeaways to enhance their business, social and dining etiquette skills to create a positive first impression. 

During a three-course meal, students learned proper table etiquette, conversation skills, and how to present themselves professionally and socially while dining.  Students and mentors gained the etiquette skills to help them succeed in business as well as ways to improve their professional image.
